Training

Is  training hard, yes, NOTHING GOOD COMES EASY, so if you are not prepared to put 100% into your training then it is not going to work, I expect students to train hard, train regular, but the benefits are many, you get fit, become more supple, become stronger, and you put into practice what you learn so you gain more self-confidence which in turn improves your self-esteem.  Learn to use the TSD techniques effectively.

I do not GIVE students a higher rank, they EARN IT.
